Come with your hardest challenges. Leave with real solutions.
Every DALI Superintendents Summit is intentionally small, highly interactive, and built around the issues district leaders are navigating right now. No massive convention crowds. No generic sessions. Just the right people in the right room — having the conversations that actually move your district forward.
What this summit focuses on
Building Systems of Accountability
Where does improvement stall in your district? Often it’s in the gaps between the board, the classroom, and the plan. This summit brings superintendents together to close those gaps and build systems of accountability that hold up past the first semester.

What Makes this Summit Distinct
You’ll work through four challenges that sit at the center of district leadership. Start with board governance: how strategic planning, data-informed decisions, and continuous improvement make the board a stronger partner. Then connect instructional accountability to student achievement. From there, translate district priorities into clear goals and actionable steps, and finish by building shared ownership, with routines that monitor progress and keep momentum going once you’re home.

Venue Highlights
Explore The Stein Eriksen Lodge
Stein Eriksen Lodge was the first luxury property in Park City, and it still feels like an authentic European lodge. Oversized leather chairs, fireplaces, and Norwegian-inspired hospitality set the tone, with mountain views all around. Between sessions, you can unwind at the Forbes Five-Star spa or share a meal with colleagues at one of the lodge’s award-winning restaurants. Historic Main Street is about five minutes away.

Attending for the
first time?
Many of DALI’s most committed members attended their first summit as a guest — and joined before they left. When you experience what it means to be in a room built exclusively for district leaders, membership tends to make itself an easy decision.
DALI members attend summits as part of their membership — no separate registration required. Standard members choose one summit or the Executive Cabinet Retreat annually. Deluxe members choose two.
