David Irwin is the executive director of the District Administration Leadership Institute. Previously, Irwin worked for 14 years at Gartner Inc., the world’s leading research and advisory firm, where he served as senior managing partner. He led Gartner’s K12 education practice, partnering with school boards, superintendents and other district leaders to support and lead countless district strategy and mission-critical transformational initiatives.
