Dan Gohl is the Chief Academic Officer of Broward County Public Schools, the 6th largest district in the United States, overseeing the design and pedagogical praxis of teachers. This includes that every student is ensured a high quality educational experience, that every student is engaged at their level of preparation and that appropriate resources are available for the learning process. Prior to Broward, Dan served as the Chief Academic Officer of the Houston Independent School District, the Deputy Chief of Innovation at the New Jersey Department of Education. Dan has also previously served as an instructional technologist, principal and teacher.
